If you are in or around Baltimore this fall, here is some exciting news. The National Aquarium is offering Free Fall Friday, one special night of free admission as part of Free Fall Baltimore, a citywide celebration of art, culture, and community.
This is one of the most popular free events of the season, and tickets always go fast. So, before you grab your spot, here is everything you need to know.
What Is Free Fall Friday?
Free Fall Baltimore is an annual October program created by the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts. It highlights the city’s creativity by offering hundreds of free cultural events, performances, and family experiences all month long.
As part of this celebration, the National Aquarium opens its doors for Free Fall Friday Night, giving visitors a chance to explore the exhibits without paying the regular admission fee.

Event Registration
Guests must register for tickets online in advance of the event. Tickets will become available starting at 3 p.m. on October 14, 2025.
No tickets for this event will be available at the ticket center in advance or on the evening of the event.
A limit of six tickets per registration will be in place. Guests can make changes to their reservations in advance; however, they cannot add more tickets to a reservation if it exceeds the six-person limit or if no additional tickets are available for their reserved entry time. Guests may not make changes to their reservations at the door.

Event Entry
All tickets for the event will follow a timed entry system. Your online registration will list the entry time for your party.
Please have your registration available on your phone or bring a printed copy of your confirmation. Your group will not be permitted to enter before the time listed on your ticket.
Parking
The National Aquarium’s official parking partners include:
They will honor the discounted rate for Aquarium guests who park before 5 p.m. and an evening flat rate of $10 for vehicles entering after 5 p.m.
All guests will need to validate their parking ticket inside the Aquarium to receive these rates, so make sure to bring your parking pass with you.

- Strollers are not permitted on the exhibit route. Limited self-service stroller parking is available.
- Coat check and lockers will not be open during this event.
