About The Dr. Seuss Experience

The Dr. Seuss Experience in Tysons Corner Center brings the beloved characters and stories of Dr. Seuss to life. The experience is opening to the public on April 7, 2023, and timed entry tickets are now available for purchase.

Kids: $29.00 (Kid under 12 months are free)

Parking: FREE! Garage E “level 2” has the closest parking to get to the Dr. Seuss Experience!

Restrooms: There are no restrooms inside of the Dr. Seuss Experience.

Visitors to the Dr. Seuss Experience can expect to see the mischievous Cat in the Hat to the wise Lorax, thing one and thing two, and the famous Grinch. You’ll encounter all your favorites as you explore the exhibit. You can step into the pages of Green Eggs and Ham and see the colorful characters come to life or take a stroll through Whoville and marvel at the whimsical architecture. There are plenty of opportunities to snap photos with your favorite characters, too, so be sure to bring your camera!

How Can You Buy Tickets?

Tickets for the Dr. Seuss Experience can be purchase here through the exhibit’s official website. Simply select the date and time you would like to visit and choose the number of tickets you need. There are also options for group bookings and special events. It’s recommended to purchase tickets in advance, as the exhibit may sell out on certain days. Once you have your tickets, simply arrive at the designated time and prepare to be transported into the magical world of Dr. Seuss.

Know Before You Go

Before you go to the Dr. Seuss Experience in Tyson Corner Center, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Same day ticket can be purchase at the door, however I highly recommend you purchase your tickets in advance, as the exhibit is selling out on the weekend.
The exhibit is wheelchair accessible, so everyone can enjoy the magic of Dr. Seuss.
If you have a special need kid, be sure to let their staff know. They are very accommodating!
There is not at lot to do and see, so you can expect to go through the experience in 30 minutes.
Strollers are not allowed inside of the Dr. Seuss Experience; however, they have a stroller parking area at the entrance.
Oh, it gets very hot in there. I was sweating in there, so dress accordantly or you will be HOT!
Worth it or not? I was there to live our childhood experience; however, the experience is a one-time thing for sure.
