March 17th- 19th

Happy Monday!

Spring is approaching and so many fantastic events are coming up!

The 2023 White House Easter Eggs Rolls FREE ticket lottery opens on Thursday, March 16th at 10:00 AM ET and closes on Thursday, March 23rd at 3:00 PM ET. If you would like to have a chance to attend, click HERE to enter the lottery when it opens.

The White House Spring Garden Tour returns on April 1st and 2nd.  If you would like to attend this year, free-timed entry tickets will be distributed on the day of the tour starting at 8:30 AM. Stop by the White House Visitor Center Blue tents to get in lines as early as possible. Remember that everyone attending the garden tour must be present to receive a free time entry pass.

Last week we checked out the Immersive team-building experience— Beat The Bomb DC, and it was FUN. My daughter and I had a whole workout during the challenges. LOL! I wrote some helpful things to know if you are planning a trip with your family or friends.

Below is your weekly events list in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia this weekend.

Please note: Please check all the information on the event you will attend to ensure no last-minute changes have been made. The event host or planner is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.

Are you looking to submit your event? Please fill out our Submit an Event form. All submissions are reviewed weekly!

So, let’s start looking forward to THE WEEKEND and the planning!

What’s new on the blog?

  • The 2023 National Cherry Blossom Festival is officially here. This week you can take advantage of events like the Blossoming Flowers, the Pink Tie Party, and the Tidal Basin Welcome Area Performance.
  • It’s time to order your easter Sunday outfit— Tysons Corner Center, Dulles Town Center, and Westfield Montgomery are kicking off the Easter Bunny Photos season.
  • Did yall hear that Candytopia is opening in Tysons Corner Center this weekend? Well, yes! We will be sharing all the details later this week.
  • If you are looking for less crowded spots to see the cherry blossoms. I compiled a list of places with parking and restroom information here: 28 Cherry Blossoms Spots Near DC.
  • It’s almost spring break, so what is the plan? Check out our Best Spring and Summer Camps in the DMV suggestions. It’s not too late to get your kids to enroll.
